(2) To work in cooperation with our local partners, who share our community development goals.
(3) To maintain professional accountability and transparency by reporting to our donors on the status of projects and finances.

Bill Qin, Founder & Chair
Born and raised in Beijing, China, Bill moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000 and obtained a master’s degree in Computer Science here. As a Realtor with a software engineering background, Bill has taken the combination of diligence, creativity, and integrity and became a successful real estate broker and team leader of BQ Realty Group. Besides his own career, Bill started the non-profit of NFF hoping to integrate his solid technology background , outstanding customer service skills, and rich social resources to give back to local community.
